As entrepreneurs, we are often quite good at the activity of our business, yet we struggle with issues around how to grow it beyond our own efforts. As Michael Gerber, author of The E-Myth Revisited puts it: “We must learn how to work ON our business rather than IN our business.”
Join us for an event with Michael Shapiro where he will discuss 10 of the most common challenges he’s encountered in his 14 years as a business coach as well as options to overcome them. Michael Shapiro has over 25 years of business experience and currently is the President of Dynamic Management Solutions, Inc. where he offers management consulting and business coaching services.
His practice focuses on helping entrepreneurs and their companies build, manage, and grow their businesses. He provides leadership development advice, consults on organizational structure, and offers rookie-manager training. Michael also founded and facilitates The Entrepreneurs Group, a facilitated, peer-support group for individuals in a business, professional services practice, or organizational leadership role.
Michael’s academic credentials include both a bachelor’s degree in small business management and a master’s degree in technological consulting and management from DePaul University’s School for New Learning where he also teaches a course called Entrepreneurship – From Start-Up to Success.
